Want to learn to knit or crochet?

Drop in teaching, assistance and pattern/project help classes available on Thursdays 2:30pm to 4:30pm or Fridays 3pm until 5pm..cost is $12 per sessions (discounts for pre booked multiple sessions with class instructor).

No need to pre book, just drop in and enjoy!

Sundays are a knitting/crochet/ sewing drop in….no real instruction just alot of helpful advice and friendly atmosphere to work on your project!

Spring Break Youth and Teen Classes

Spring Break 18th – 24th most classes begin at 10am for 3-4hours

1 Class -$25

2 Classes -$40

Whole week – 5 Classes – $100

Includes all supplies(except extras where stated for embellishments)

Some sewing machines available if you haven’t got one!

Monday – Hobo Bag- The can’t do without it bag! Very cool! For $5 extra, you get embellishments, buttons, embroidery designs…your choice your design!

Tuesday – Needle Felting – Learn this neat craft and use it to model whatever you want..cute animals, beautiful flowers, like modeling clay…..but furry!!!!!

Wednesday – The big PJ party – Make some cool PJ bottoms…easy peasy even if you’ve never touched a sewing machine!!!!

Thursday – Pets Corner -Make something for your pets! Really cute toys your pets will love or mats and even fun dog or cat collars !

Friday – Ipad, Ipod, E-reader or laptop case/cover – Cool fabrics, totally your own design…take the basic pattern and turn it into your own – no-one will have one like it! For $5 extra you get specialty embellishments

These five lessons will take you through all the basics of quilting, from measuring, cutting, sewing and finishing. The project is a table runner which you can see either on the website or in the store. Lots of different techniques and blocks to learn!

2 Lessons – $30 plus materials.

Wednesday 7th and 14th 3.30 – 5:30pm

Learn this art of crochet..very different very lovely! Beautiful table mats will be the project with introductions to other stitches.

Sewing Workshop

Two days Sat 10th & Sun 11th Mar 10am-3:30pm – $100

This is an intensive 2 day sewing workshop for beginners or those returning to sewing, those that are just plain rusty or even those that want to take their sewing to the next stage.
